“Setting trial dockets, collecting court fines and fees, preparing warrants of arrest, and issuing subpoenas, are just some of the duties and responsibilities of the City of Laredo Municipal Court. Our “global perspective” includes adding measures that can make the department and citizens more accountable by asserting administrative fees for cases that deal with dismissal of liability insurance, expired vehicle registration and inspection stickers.
