XII.      MOTIONS

 

1.      Consideration to award change order no. 1, for a decrease of $29,967.00 and an increase 13 days to the total contract time, to Lambda Construction, of New Braunfels, Texas, in the San Isidro and Highland Booster Stations project.  The change order brings the contract total to $895,214.00.  The project is 90 percent complete and is expected to be in operation on October 15, 2000
