II. INTRODUCTORY
ORDINANCE
1. Authorizing the
City Manager to execute the necessary document to grant an easement and right-of-way
of a parcel of land containing 910 square feet and another parcel of land
containing 1,268 square feet, more or less, to AEP Central Power and Light
Company, for the installation of certain electrical service facilities to serve
the Jefferson Street Water Plant in Laredo, Texas. Said easement 910 sq.ft. and 1,268 sq.ft. tract of land being
situated within the City of Laredo’s “Jefferson Street” Water Treatment Plant
in Webb County, Texas; being generally described below, and more particularly
described by metes and bounds in attached Exhibit “A,” and providing for an
effective date.

regular City Council Agenda.)
This notice was posted at the Municipal Government
Offices, 1110 Houston Street, Laredo, Texas, at a place convenient and readily
accessible to the public at all times. Said notice was posted on Friday,
November 15, 2002, at 5:00 p.m.
