1.      2006-R-063         Canvassing the results of the May 20, 2006 recount of the votes cast on the General Election for the position of City Council Member District I and Council Member District III held on May 13, 2006, pursuant to petition filed by Ramiro Martinez in District I and petition filed by Ricardo Hinojosa in District III in accordance with the provisions and procedures of the Texas Election Code; and approving the results of the recount.

 

V.                 EXECUTIVE SESSION

 

The City Council hereby reserves the right to go into executive session at any time during this public meeting, if such is requested by the City Attorney or other legal counsel for the City, pursuant to his or her duty under Section 551.071(2) of the Government Code, to consult privately with his or her client on an item on the agenda, or on a matter arising out of such item.
