INTRODUCTORY ORDINANCE 1. Amending the City of Laredo Code
of Ordinances, Chapter 2-Administration, Article I- in General, Section 2-5
City Council Meetings, subsection (b) & (d) by providing that City
Council may extend the meeting times of regular and special meetings,
workshops and training sessions by a maximum of two (2) extensions of fifteen
(15) minutes each; authorizing the city council to adopt the agenda format
for regular meetings by resolution; providing for severability, repeal all
laws in conflict, and providing for an effective date. VII.
