1. Ordinance authorizing the City Manager to enter into and execute a subordination, non disturbance, and attornment agreement, entered into by and between Pinnacle Towers, Inc., the City of Laredo, and Covenant Hamilton Housing, L.L.C., regarding the sale of an Antennae Tower easement from Covenant Hamilton Housing L.L.C., to Pinnacle Towers, Inc.
