I.          CALL TO ORDER

            With a quorum present Mayor Elizabeth Flores called the meeting to order.

IV.       RESOLUTION         

            1.  2006-R-063  Canvassing the results of the May 20, 2006 recount of the votes cast on the

                                       General Election for the position of City Council Member District I and                                                  Council Member District III held on May 13, 2006, pursuant to petition                                                filed by Ramiro Martinez in District I and petition filed by Ricardo                                                 Hinojosa in District III in accordance with the provisions and procedures                                        of the Texas Election Code; and approving the results of the recount.

                                       Mayor Flores publicly read the recount of votes held on May 13, 2006.
