      With a quorum present Mayor Elizabeth G. Flores called the
      meeting to order.

      Approval of the 1998 Appraisal Roll from the Webb County
      Appraisal District for the development of our tax roll, and
      to accept the calculations of the effective tax rate for
      fiscal year 1998-1999.
